--Each week, each poster will be able to nominate three great lines for inclusion in the poll at the end of the week. You can post as soon as you have something you want to nominate, but please edit your original post if you want to add more or hear something better later rather than making multiple separate posts -- that'll make it easier for me to see who's submitted three so far. update: it's fine for more than one person to nominate the same line!
--All shows are eligible, whether they are scripted or non-scripted (talk shows, news, and sports broadcasts are ok too!), but they need to be new shows for that week -- no reruns, please.
--Try to avoid posting major spoilers...you can include them as a labeled and spoilerfonted "honorary nominee" in your post that won't count as part of your three, but I won't be able to include them in the poll.
--Please format nominations as follows: "Quote": Character/Person, Show
--Please no political quotes -- that'll just get ugly.
--On Sunday (or soon after, but the "official" week will be Sunday-Saturday), I'll put up a poll to vote on that week's nominees, which will remain open until the next weekend...and I'll open the next week's nomination thread and start it all over again. Nominations will remain open until approximately midnight on Sunday for the previous week, unless otherwise stated.
Since many shows are in reruns because of the US Thanksgiving holiday this week, I'm combining two weeks of submissions to make sure we get enough.
