You walk inside the cave... you notice that the path is smooth and the walls are damp and cold... you continue walking running your hands along the cave wall... your eyes haven't adjusted to the darkness within the cave yet... as you continue along suddenly your hand feels nothing... except openness...* a large entrance has opened to your right... you feel warmth and hear noises coming from the opening... you stop for a moment before proceeding debating whether to continue further along the path or to explore this new way... you listen and realize that you hear running water and voices from the opening... you decide to go thru and find out where the voices are coming from... they must be more cave dwellers in there...

you're eyes are starting to adjust to the darkness... it's not totally dark after all... you're still close to the entrance and the outside... you walk down this new path and come upon another opening... you walk thru and blink... you have entered a cavern...

You look around the cavern and see fresh running water... you look up and see an opening in the cave ceiling where the sun is streaming down and smoke is rising... you look down and see a large stone fire pit in the center of the floor with a roaring fire which lights up & heats up the cavern... there are chairs and couches around the room... and a bar against the far wall...

The barkeep looks up and sees you...

Welcome to the Comfy Cave Inn... everyone's welcome to come in... sit down... relax... have a drink... and chat...

or if you'd like... you can return the way you came... turn right and continue exploring the caves...

you turn and look where the barkeep's pointing... there are signs on either side of the door... on the left side... the sign says "Turn Left to Go Outside"

and on the right side of the door the sign reads "Turn Right for Cave Exploration"

"What fun days those were, staying up into the wee hours of morning just chilling, couch surfing, tossing dwarves, confusing people, making weird butterbeer concoctions, throwing Trae's beer bottles at Cho, going in search of Ent drought, eating cheese, badger biscuits, being told off by the prefects, Coke river making, Mumsy's advice and baking, Pepsi bottle rafting, making fun of Gan and Trae, being killed by pokeys, LotR quoting, Arghying at random times, Late night forest strolls... I think those days may be coming back very soon!"

Takes a big gulp of pepsi.

"Oh, my.... has it been 2 months and 19 days already? I just hope things get back together before the first snowfall, my army of snowmen and I are already planning a party for that day. Maybe have a ice hockey game on the pool, attack my George, you know, classic stuff."

Oh there isn't a problem. You must have misinterpreted my post. I just meant why aren't you on the LB chatting with the rest of us. There seems to be some drama going on in the LB and I thought you created this because of it and wanted to get away from it. I didn't mean anything by it. Just trying to give ideas to help. Sorry if it came off as me saying there was a problem.

oh... ok... no this was created back on 14 November before any of the drama even started... I started out as a threaded person... and I like threaded boards... I've gotten use to the LB... but still prefer threaded LOL... as I've been bringing ppl onto the board I've told them that they could find me here... it was/is an easy meeting place... so I usually come here... and post so they know I'm on the board... even thou they can see my name below... I post in both... ;D

oh ok lol I hadn't noticed that it was created awhile back. I just saw the recent post by you and clicked on it on the LB and it brought me to the last post and I took it from there. Wow this is a great place to chat. And its cool cause you get tons of post from it. Cause no offense but I just got in baggage and I'm already ready to move up to the next level. Anyway, Javi is on the board if you wanna come over and say hi.

last night was.. OK. it had it's ups and downs but we talked after dinner for a very long time, and I didn't get home til 4am then had to be ready to go at 9am LOL lovely.

and yeah... pumpkins... I make my pumpkin pies from fresh pumpkins... and pumpkin bread and pumpkin... well you get the idea... LOL... I always buy 3-4 pumpkins around halloween and they last thru the year for baking and squash for dinners etc...

as I've said... I lead such an exciting life... LOL

I cannot get over how much snow is coming down.. wow.

I'm use to it on the linear... and it's not a problem... but here... it means that you can't PM... and then go and make a comment in a thread... it's a little irritating at times... but it's suppose to cut down on spamming and stuff... so I guess it's for the better... but unlike the LB... this one doesn't tell you how much time you still have to wait before posting again... it just tells you that you've posted within the last 2 minutes

I usually don't post that quickly anyway so.. ya know LOL

Aww thats wonderful your cousin is home for Thanksgiving. I just had a brother come home not long ago from Iraq. Its so amazing to see them again and know they are safe. Especially around the holiday season when family is so vital.

I'm glad that family is coming back, one of my cousins is in Iraq for another few months, and a family friend is there for another year...
