This usually comes out sooner, however I guess I will start it off.
My favorite was the one he called himself.

When Sawyer was banging on the hatch back door and
said, "Open the door, It's the ghost of Christmas future".

Wasn't it Dr. Wizard?!
Then miles corrected him and said, "It's Mr. Wizard".

But the interesting thing is that he had kinda stopped doing that - the nickname thing. Is it because Hurley is gone?

I think that they stoped writing that into his lines, because they're trying to make his role a more serious one, one to be respected and to give him more credibility.

BTW I did like the christmas future ghost as well, that was pretty funny

I thought he lost a ping pong match and had to give up nick names for a week if Hurley won.. Does this fit in the timeline?

Sawyer is back!

I saw it as the fact that Sawyer was pissed. He just thought he witnessed "all the people he's ever cared about blow up on that freighter" and now he's back to being the renegade cowboy.

I loved it!

Hahaaa, that was a god one. I must say that I took that as a double shot.
At first I thought he meant it as in a Ginger Kid (http://www.urbandictionary.com/define.php?term=ginger+kids).
Then I thought of Ginger from Gilligans Island (http://www.pisymbol.com/images/tina_louise.jpg).
Either one works fine. LOL.

He did - but if you noticed he wasn't has "drippy" with the nicknames after that - he always called Hurley, Hugo. I remember him referring to Kate as Freckles - he wiill always call her that - and Locke as Captain Kurtz. There was Kenny Rogers for Lapidus and something for Miles, but for the most part he had cut way back on the nicknames. I know he uses them as a defense mechanism so it could be he's just unsure and falling back to familiar behaviors.

Wasn't really excited about any of the nicknames from this set of episodes. :ohwell:

Yes, I remember Kate reminding him of the bet and he said she wasn't there at that moment so basically he could give her nicknames anyway.

He called Miles, "Bruce Lee from the freighter" and a few other things while walking back to the beach with him and Claire. Actually thinking about it he may have called him Bruce during the walk so maybe he only ever called him Bruce Lee

I missed that nickname! Hilarious!

The nickname Ginger is very common for redheads in Britain. Not that Sawyer would know that, but it fit her appearance.

I really, really liked the Ghost of Christmas Future. Creative.

one of my favorites was in the 4th finale when he and jack arrived at the orchid and he said, "what do we do now, sundance?"

it said a lot because if jack was sundance then that made sawyer butch cassidy!

just a little note there that sawyer and jack are becoming friends.

"hold up. you don't get to die alone."

oh, and calling frank shaggy was hysterical!

I like the Christmas Carol reference since that story is about ... time travel.

Charlotte's temperament is a fiery as ginger  it's a good name for her.

But I find myself rather more concerned with from whom (or what - might be animal) the conspicuous long white hair seen on Sayid's shirt came. Hurley's dad or a long haired dog if you want to put veterinarian Ben in the frame for his drugging.

(The blonde butcher's hair is too straight and too short I think.)

I didn't get a Gilligan's Island reference from it as much as that redheads are called "gingers"
