Is there an option to not have the time change? Because I don't have daylight savings, so my TB time is an hour off. Is there something I can check, or do I have to go in each time to change it?

You can go into your profile and find the look and layout preferences, there you will see a section for Time Offset where you can add or subtract hours from the time to make it match yours. That should do what you are looking for. :)
