Some of us have followed the ARG during the hiatus between season 2 and 3 and I must say it was such a stunning game with it's different stages.
Now, as season5 seems to include time travel and the people behind Dharma it would be nice if we would meet Alvar Hanso in one of the twists of the plotline.
When I played the ARG I thought it would be nice if the Losties return to the world and find the people responsible for the Dharma Initiative or the people who tried to hunt Alvar down. But there was the time difference between 2004 and 2006 wich made it unlikely that they meet.
Since the Oceanic6 now lives three years later it could be possible that either Ben or Charles Widmore is connected to the Hanso Group - and Thomas Mittelwerk, who was trying to find a particular island... I still believe that Mittelos is somehow connected with Mittelwerk.
So. to conclude this, I would find it cool if the showrunners would show respect to the ARG and either mention some of the players in the game or probably let the Hanso Group play a major role in this or the last season.
(It would be great if the ARG wasn't just an non-canon extravaganza)
