Does anyone get the vibe that there is much more behind the Daniel/Charlotte relationship? When I was watching it I felt like he developed pretty strong feelings for her real fast. I was wondering if maybe through the time traveling, Daniel has already experienced a romantic relationship with Charlotte that hasn't happened to the "present" Charlotte yet. If anyone's read "Time Traveler's Wife" than you know what I'm talking about.

He's tyring to get her to form a bond with him so he can be her "constant".

I had a fleeting thought that maybe Daniel and Charlotte are Adam and Eve the skeletons found in the first season. It just flashed in my mind last night as Charlotte was dying. Just a thought

Does Charlotte's body get dragged all the way to the cave, then Daniel finds her rotting corpse, puts a stone in her hand, and lays down next to her to die?

I LOVE The Time Traveler's Wife!! I agree that Daniel and Charlotte's relationship probably has many more layers besides their present and Charlotte's memory of him from when she was a little girl.

Yeah, The Time Traveller's Wife is a wonderful book! It makes you kind of take the tt plotline in Lost a little more calmly, at least, it did me. The Tt, in the book, meets his wife when she's six and he's about 40, though she doesn't know him, he knows she'll be his wife. And there's a pregnancy issue in it, too, that I found interesting: how to concieve between a TT and a regular person . A doctor who helps finds that in test mice, fetuses tt in and out of the womb, thus killing mother and baby....sound familiar?

I dont think Daniel could be Charlotte's father because of the whole no babies born on the island thing.

Thats crazy... i need to read up on that. But that sounds like a possibility for our island conceptions.
