Okay, so the Temple turns people into crazies. Is that part of the security system to just make people nutty? What is down there? The island is supposed to be good, right? The natives are just trying to preserve this wonder of an island, right? So, why does it turn people crazy.

I think Rousseau was the crazy one, although why would Robert try to kill her and the baby, unless he knew what was going to happen to them and wanted to spare them the real suffering they were/are about to face. Also she yells at Jin that he is the carrier, I really wonder what everyone was thinking when Jin vanished, and I thought/hoped that Jin was going to go in the Temple, I was so upset when he didn't. Jin seemed pretty on the ball though considering for the first little while he was with people who had no idea what was happening to him, he seemed to take it in stride, I guess being on the Island for a while causes you to forget how crazy things around you really are:)
