He made her think they were sick. So I believe, the team discovered some of the secrets of the temple, and Smokie as the defense mechanism possessed Rousseau and she offed the team. The only "sick" one is Danielle Rousseau.

THE SICKNESS whilst not completely real -- did kind of happen as she said it did!

we always imagined she was lying and crazy/ when it turned out there was no sickness
that she just killed them in cold bloodlike in their sleep like a psycho after the baby was gone or something,

but what if that's the reason for the 'good' and 'bad' lists now and how easily the Others Kill 'bad' people?
the sickness is just how the island/temple affects good and bad people?

If you are bad the island makes you an evil killer / makes you takea side "roberh" real;ly creeped me out. cold bloooded
