I just wanted to say how much I love Hurley's scene in the airport. He bought 78 tickets to save people from ending up on that island or dying. What did happen to the rest of the plane and the passengers?

until we find out we are to assume that A. the plane did indeed crash and there are survivors or not somewhere else on the island,, or B. The plane didnt crash ,, and someone the O6 were time warped out of the plane during the flash,, and the plane continued on to Guam without them ...

I thought that was awesome too. I was wondering what would happen to all the others on the plane.

I thought that was wonderful. Especially since nobody else even ASKED what was going to happen to the other people. (Until Jack, right before the crash.)

Could the other passengers be allowed to live if they saw the O6+Ben vaporize right in front of them? Wasn't there a Stephen King story with that premise?

Are you talking about the Langoliers? Because I've been thinking that there are a lot of similarities between the "crash" situations, and the stephen king story. In the one I'm talking about, the people who were left on the plane following its travel through a time rip, were the ones who were sleeping.

Dunno where I'm really going with this, but, yeah.
