I think the same thing. Perhaps Sun and Jin have a time with her as a child and children learn much easier than adults.

Thats a very interesting theory, which would make sense. Jin would teach her in the past because he knew she'd grow up needing it eventually. Having said that, she is an anthropologist...she could have learned it anywhere....

And Jin will tell Young Charlotte - in Korean for her ears only - that she must go away with her mother. He knows that horror is coming. Sadly his saving her will be temporary and despite a desperate Daniel's attempts to see she never return, she must.

Be interesting to see Jin's stance on the Purge as he's currently sporting a Dharma jumpsuit. Charlotte and Daniel and Juliet at the Tempest needs reviewing in the context of that station being a potential weapon of genocide under control of Dharma/Widmore hands.
