BUT In my mind she is the "woman" who Lapidus took off with in the boat to the main island. If she didn't jump, why not? Ok, so she didn't travel back to delay the runion...is that a mechanic of the island or of the producers building suspense? Why would they need the entire O6 to go back to the island if only some of them flash back? But I guess the fact that there are some on the island flashing back and some not (ie Juliet flashes but Richard does not) could explain this mechanic. Or the woman Lapidus went with isn't Sun. Wouldn't be the first time the writers aim to confuse us. VTjim 02-26-2009, 08:35 AM It would have been hard for Sun to "recreate" the circumstanses of the original flight (her & Jin traveling together) and EHawking said if they didn't it would be "Unpredictible" what would happen. She would be very anxious to find out about Jin and of course she knew where they were bec/ she had traveled to the small Island before with Jin and Sayid. There are too many clues about Locke,Ben,Lapidus,etc being on the small Islnd in present time(2008). No one not Richard,Ms.Hawking,Widmore, or Christian said they all had to be brought back to a certain time....just that they all had to be brought back to the Island. So, unless something happens to once again adjust times... the next time Sun sees Jin, he may be about 30 years older. And what about Sayid? |
