Well, and that the back cover has a white outline with a black text box and reddish text. seaquelost 03-25-2009, 08:17 AM It seemed conspicuously absent to me. Yes, and there was no title on the book (purple cover) that he was reading while waiting for Horace to wake-up after his drinking binge. Liplocked 03-25-2009, 09:48 AM Perhaps he was reading Horace by George Sand or he was reading Horace, the famous not-a-corruption-of-Egyptian-god-Horus-at-all, Roman poet. In Latin. Very suspicious. ~ I dunno. But someone'll screencap that back page and get something from it I'm sure. Daegrix 03-25-2009, 10:19 AM "Shane" by Jack Schaefer? I noticed that too. lostmoon 03-25-2009, 10:52 AM Dharma For Dummies! AboutBunnies 03-25-2009, 01:32 PM Dharma For Dummies! I do, though, wonder if it's Dharma-indoctrinating material, pulling him farther into this 70's life that he & co. have set up for themselves. It might make him all the more loyal to the Dharma group than his old group of losties. I hope not. Mr. Find 03-25-2009, 01:49 PM Dharma For Dummies! You mean this good read? LaFleur had The Security Edition! Sawyer was reading the Workman Edition so he could underline the important parts and explain it, slowly, to that low-aptitude DHARMA rookie, Jack the Workman. This assignment came straight from Chang! SAWYER: Now try to follow me, Jack. Sonic security fence, bad. Can you say that? Fence bad. Say it ........(sigh) I'll get you the edition with all pictures. Okay, Jack?... Here, have a cookie. JACK: Jack like cookies. Stakker 04-02-2009, 07:45 AM Description of the cover sounds like The Story of O, by French author, Anne Desclos under the pen name Pauline Réage. Piecar 04-11-2009, 08:45 PM I've seen screencaps of this. Another gaffe by the production team. They clearly underestimate all of you. The book has no title on the spine because it's a book of blank pages. I guess they couldn't get clearance on a book that week. They really need to step up to their "A" game. A tech in the background and a blank book. Harrumph. D |
