I believe that clearly they will have aged. After all we've already met Widmore & Ellie (Eloise) in "modern day" and they're both old now.

It's only our dear Richard who doesn't appear to age....

some people feel Widmore doesn't look that old in 2004 for his real age....some people believe he's aged slowly...well so i read on here
