did anyone else catch in the scene where jack confronts roger, jack stands next to a board with some sort of code. it says stuff like 99 - 97 = A

and it goes on.

what the world is that?

Isn't it a grading scale? Like you'd find in most classrooms/schools probably..

It’s a Grading Scale. This scale is used to translate letter grades into point values, and vice versa.

99 - 97 = A... I know I've been in college and the instructors all have different grading scales, but isn't that a small scale for an A? I don't think it's something sinister but isn't 93 - 99 an A when or sometimes 90 - 99? I mean that just seemed like the standard scale to me... maybe they expect more from their future workmen!?!
