Does Hurley pay Walt the money he owes him from the backgammon games? They are back in the U.S. at the same time. Will Hurley try to track down Walt and pay up? Will we see this in a Hurley centric episode sometime in the future?

Hurley and Walt did meet at the Santa Rosa Institution in last year's finale, and no mention of the debt was made. It would have been excellent writing to have brought that up, with Hurley trying to get rid of some of his money and put it to good use. Alas, it seems only some fans remember those scenes from Season One. At the end of that Hurley owed Walt $83,000. Walt and his grandma at least could have used some of that for their airfare.
