I think he really is the key, he didn't come back cause jack or John or Ben persuaded him, but Charlie (I"m assuming) so Charlie has some inside info, being from the other side and all. Maybe he can talk to the whisperers now and knows whats going down. I only hope we find out tonite what's in the case, if I have to wait nine months I'll be extremly irritated!

I hope we will find out about the guitar, as-well as other house keeping issues like where the heck Rose and Bernard are and what status Locke is, dead or alive etc. But I doubt we'd get answers to everything, I hope so.

My wife told me about this article entitled "Saddest Character Deaths on TV (http://www.popeater.com/television/article/saddest-character-deaths-on-tv/418554)", and guess who's death is listed as the number fifth all-time saddest death on tv? But I don't agree with that list - it left out the death of Colonel Henry Blake from M*A*S*H, which in my opinion was the most saddest tv death of all time.

I actually think the whole "Hurley in prison" thing has been forgotten. First you have Anna Lucia saying don't get arrested (or something like that) and then he gets arrested. All of a sudden he is out of jail and nothing is said of it. I know Ben's lawyer got him out, but why was he told not to get arrested? Is there going to be a flash back in the the finale?

[Sayid enters a parking garage. We hear tires screech a bit. Sayid stops the van, puts it in parking gear and turns off the engine. A man sitting in a car next to the van exits and walks over to Ben's side of the van. Ben has the window open. As they talk, Ben puts on his glasses.]
DAN NORTON: Mr. Linus.
BEN: Mr. Norton.
[Dan Norton hands Ben a folder. Ben opens it and reads.]
DAN NORTON: I looked into it and they don't have kind of solid case against Reyes. The M.E. said that the man found outside Santa Rosa was killed before Reyes escaped.
BEN: That's very good news.
DAN NORTON: We have a prelim hearing in the morning. The judge will never let it get past that and Reyes will be a free man.
BEN: Thank you Dan.
DAN NORTON: Any time.
[Dan Norton looks at Sayid and Sayid returns the look. Dan pats the van then walks back to his car.]
SAYID: Who was that?
BEN: That's my lawyer.
