I think the only season 6 spoilers out there thus far are general "we would like to do this and that before the show is over" comments by Damon and Carlton.

There's pretty much going to be no new info until Comic Con. They'll probably have another video. Perhaps a bit more this year since it's their last appearance for the show. Once filming starts in the fall, however, is when spoilers will start making their way to the public.
