So, the wife and me watched the first half of the season and, by December, had started to really enjoy the show. It was good from the beginning, but didn't quite click--it felt like it had the potential to be a new favorite, it was just missing something.
Unfortunately, due to the busiest semester of grad school ever, we weren't able to keep up with the show. Over the last few days--in the absence of Lost--I've picked up from "Safe" and have been moving rapidly through the second half of the season.
Wow. The second half of the season has really been delivering in terms of character and storytelling. The 'mythology' is very well paced and fun, and I'm finding myself really carrying about all of the characters now, and not just Walter (he was the only one that interested me in the first half).
That's all I've got. I'm currently up to "Inner Child" and I can't wait to get to the finale and beyond...
