Just started the thread in anticipation for the season finale tomorrow night. Can't wait. Unfortunately, it means we will probably have a huge cliffhanger, leaving it unbearable waiting for the next season!:eek2:

Weve had an eventful season, and I cant wait to see how it ends. Of course I think that will lead to months of wondering "what next" but thats a feeling I'm used to :rolleyes:

It was a really slow episode in my opinion, until the last 20 seconds.I have absolutely no clue where the show can go from here....

that was the lamest finale. sorry but i really had to force myself to watch through to the end. it was too disjointed and filler just to tie up some ends. the Marianne thing was far too dragged out. the only redeeming factor was the team of Sam and Bill working together to kill Marianne off. that was a cool effect that Sam pulled off.

i dont know what exactly happened in the writers room but this seemed less than their best work. so very anti-climatic and yawn-worthy.

and while i am complaining. LOL what the heck are they doing with Bill's makeup? the man looked jaundiced at one point. can they not come up with a way to make him pale but not ill? maybe they need to shoot him with different filters to enhance the pale coloring? sorta the same with Eric but he is naturally fairer skinned so it seems to less noticeable.

killing Eggs. *yawn* i had ceased to care. i felt bad for Tara sort of. Andy did a good thing for Jason.

as for next season...it will be find Waldo Bill, find Sam's parents? could be interesting i guess. i figure that Eric will somehow end up helping Sookie or easing her pain. :naughty: i found the Queen's comment about Sookie's blood interesting. i wonder if Eric will be tempted just to see if he is strong enough to resist. his comment about "never falling in love" may have been a feeble protest. ;)

halfrek, i'm glad you said this first because i thought it was just me. i had a feeling when i saw her "husband" that it was sam, but just couldn't figure how he got strong enough to do it.

i really enjoyed the scene between eric and the queen. for once, eric looked a little nervous, like he didn't have control of his surroundings. obviously, its because she is the queen, but i liked it that he showed a different side of himself. i do agree that he was incorrect in not loving a human. i was wondering about the first dream sookie had. he told her that he loved her (in so many words), so i wonder if he contributes to her dreams or if they are her dreams alone. whatever the case, it's all good. and the queen, can't wait to see more of her. she rocks!

i'll have to watch again. it's not that i don't like bill, i do. but i really don't care who took him or what they want with him. i laughed at the end and said, "that's IT?":frown:

AT least im not the only one who thought it was slow and basically felt like a filler episode. Its the finale!!! You are supposed to do crazy things and pull out all the tricks you have!!!

Disappointed. I will watch season 3 but season 2 didnt leave off well. So Bill got taken...I dont care much. Lets hope after they get feedback that they improve next years storyline. This ending leaves it open so they can change storylines around and make them more interesting if they choose to.


Before this Epi aired the actors were talking about how crazy and unbelievable the storylines where. I didnt see that at all ..
