What is the best avenue to pursuing a career in television writing? Film School? Moving straight to LA after high school? Something else?

... but my advice in a nutshell would be go to a good film school, then, if you are not already here, move out to la and get and entry level job in the biz and meet a lot of people... and write, write and write some more until you are so good that no one can deny you work asa writer.

honestly, i could give you a lot of embellishment on that, but that's the long and short of it!
