Assuming that Rose and Bernard flashed with Jack and Co., that means they were probably sitting on their front porch enjoying their retirement and then bang! Ears are ringing and their cabin just aged 30 years. Poor guys :)
Probably. Unless this flash had a proximity factor.

Well either that or they were vaporized... or supposing the Island sunk immediately, mayhaps they drown. But what about Vincent I wonder... was all the foreshadowing of him being some kind of evil mastermind in season one just nothing important? Will we ever see him again? Will we ever see Walt and Vincent reunited again?

LOL :41:
What if it didn't age as dp2 said because of the proximity factor. It had to have had a proximity factor. The other TT Losties brought the Dharma van with them and it didn't age.
Did it land on someone? Are we going to be seeing feet sticking out with ruby slippers on them? ;)

Flashing through time is neither proximity based nor really anything else based, except what is useful to the writers and, I suppose, from an inside-perspective, the will of The Island (Jacob?). Why did Jack, Kate and Hurley end up in the 70s while Sun, Ben and Frank stayed in 2007? That wasn't proximity based, that just was. Likewise, I believe that Rose and Bernard are in the 70s, and then die and become the skeletons in the cave.

Proximity has nothing to do with it. Remember, they were nowhere near Sawyer and Co. when they were originally doing the time warp.
I think it's more like a "belonging" to a time period thing. That's why Dr. Chang did not flash to the present when Miles flashed. Ditto Radzinsky and the other Dharmas.
Plus, the vision of Rose and B suddenly finding themselves in a wrecked cabin is pretty funny. I can hear her now: "Its always something with those people".

The reaction of the bomb and EM energy kicked everyone not from their own time period back to where they should be. I guess that means Rose and Bernard are in for a rude awakening.

I'm sure they're both angrily trying to find Jack as we speak.

:roflmao:I could see Rose saying that!
I gotta agree with DiggerMole on this one. I think Rose and Bernard were left behind to quietly live out their lives and we'll eventually find out they are Adam and Eve in the cave.
