It's impressive how the authors are keeping this game-like structure in this season.

* In the season premiere (601-602) we could see MIB taking the first move of the game by killing Jacob's body and revealing himself to be the smoke monster.

* In episode 603 it was Jacob's turn, arguably working under the hood trying to kill evil-Sayid.

* Episode 604 was when MIB recruited Sawyer.

* In episode 605 Jacob's turn was used to protect Jack and Hugo from MIB's next move...

* ...which was to recruit Sayid and destroy the temple (as seen in episode 606).

I'm pretty much certain that in episode 607 we'll see Jacob's next move in the game. Any predictions?

I am beginning to think that the title Lost alludes to loosing such as ,"I lost the chess game" versus characters being lost souls finding their way.
