We found out that Flocke thought is mother was crazy. I think he probably killled his mother and father. Adam and Eve are the parents of FLocke and Jacob.

Also, Im starting to think that Flocke is sentenced to the island in some way. His goal is to leave and return to the mainland (off the island). If he is able to leave the island, he will manipulate the mainlanders with evil. If he gets to the mainland - he will manipulate all to be evil. Making it hell on earth. Flocke - the devil. The role of the candidate will be to stop Flocke from getting back to the mainland and getting him locked up as he was in the cabin or killing him totally if he can be.

In this episode it made me think maybe it will be Sawyer and Kate. They stated THEY were going to get off the island. The way Sawyer said it made me think he meant just the two of them. What is the exact opposite of that, dying on the island (getting sent back in a flash or something). Maybe even sacrificing themselves to save everyone else or something like that.

I agree with the possibility that NotLocke killed his mother, but we have NO certainty that Adam and Eve are the parents of Jacob and NotLocke.

It may be that the childhood backgrounds of Eko and Sayid were hints to this. In both, Eko and Sayid committed violent acts to protect/avenge their brothers.

I posit that MIB too committed a violent act to save Jacob (maybe from their crazy mother), thus creating a divide between MIB and Jacob.

I need to do some research and turn this into a general theory.

I’m not convinced they’re blood brothers but the clues could be more about defining MiB as Jacob’s “Big Brother” to tie in with Lost’s very first shot - “Big Brother is watching YOU”. In other words, I’m still convinced that Jack is the real MiB.

There is the whole brother/brother brother/sister thing going on in LOst. As well, remember the book BAd Twin.

The story of the crazy mother gave me the vibe that Jacob and MIB are brothers. I hadn't thought of Eve as their mother (heh, given what we know of the writers, her name will actually turn out to be Eve). Especially since Adam and Eve were wearing Dharma clothes, and I'm pretty certain Jacob and Locke have been on the island for hundreds of years.

My new guess is Charlie Hieronymus PACE (Geronimo's bones, skulls and bones...)or his ancestor Dexter Stratton...and Claire or Dexter's wife!

No chance, Flocke is clearly hundreds, if not thousands of years old, Adam and Eve died sometime in the 1950s or 60s
