She switches teams and marries Tina Fake. They do "Ellen" together. At last a legitimate reason for the character.

There's plenty of possibilities....
-She can end up with the guy she loves (in this case Sawyer)
-She can end up dead
-She can end up alone or with jack because Sawyer died or another reason
-She can end up dead with the guy she loves... as Eve.

I'm sure i forget other options.

She ends up with the federal marshall she keeps escaping from.

I hope she dies. Her character is quite boring now.

I have to say that the only end for Kate is death. We already have Aaron safe with his grandma, so there's no reason for Kate to come back to the world. Her ending up with Sawyer or Jack isn't very satisfying to major parts of the audience. I really think she will die to help everyone else.

A good end, though tragic. Despite the contrived flip flopping (I feel for EL!) I like Kate overall. Certainly enjoyed her this epi, both timelines. I liked how snarky she was with Sawyer in the FS, and how caring and genuine she was with Claire on island.
