Does anyone else have the feeling something BIG will happen to FLocke when Jack and Locke "connect" during surgery?

This scene also reminded me of Jack doing surgery on Ben's tumor. Ben was lying face down just like Locke.

When i saw that scene, i was immediately reminded of the first episode, where Jack was describing the story of the surgery he did on a girl and there was mention of a dural sac, and how it spilled out etc etc.

i was thinking Full Circle at this point...i guess we'll see what happens.

It's interesting how FLocke is trying to save Jack's life on the Island while Jack is trying to save Locke's life in the ALT. Will saving (or having Locke die) in the ALT change anything about FLocke on the Island, or will it be business as usual?
