So now that Jack pretty much nailed it in last nights episode. You would think MIB is out of options. I mean if he can't harm these people and Jack knows it, you'd think MIBs plan is done for.

But then I got to thinking about what options he does still have. And Kate is unfortunately the answer. She is in serious danger. MIB knows she is expendable and just how much Jack and Sawyer care for her. He will get her and use her against Jack and Sawyer.

I can envision a very tense scene, where MIB orders one to shoot the other or kate dies.

Sorta like Widmore did? I'd think TPTB would come up with a different twist, but I agree that there are manipulations to come from SMIB. He's really pissed off now that they didn't all die on the sub. I think he's going to use Claire. She's his last recruit. But I'm hoping that some clarity is returning to her since she's been more in the proximity of her original Lostie group. She was quite angry when Jack jumped overboard from "The Elizabeth" (at Sawyer's order), almost immediately following her revealing herself to him as her sister. However, she seemed to express shock and concern for them all when SMIB announced the sub sank. Is this a sign that the 'darkness' around her heart, that Dogen spoke of, is receding? I would like to think that not everyone in the Island reality is going to end in death and destruction. The Alt story-line just isn't gonna be enough if that's all that survives.
