I've seen many threads pinpoint the time of the end (or start) of this episode as 23 AD. Where do we get that from? Sorry I don't have time to scan all threads to find out.

There was a spoiler some time ago, and I think that was the working title on the script. At any rate, it was put out some time ago that an ep would take place in 23 AD, even though I'm not sure that's exactly right. Pellegrino said something like 43AD, I think.

Not sure if it matters, really.

I find it somewhat bothersome that it keeps getting used knowing that it's based solely on a spoiler. The episode didn't really say 23AD to me.

Spoiler for something that already happened. I consider the choice not to give a time frame to be the producers playing coy again. They mentioned it themselves out there in the world, and the show aired. I don't consider it a spoiler.

And hey! It's a "Number"!!! Oh joy, oh bliss!

Where did you see it mentioned in a non-spoiler context? The only non spoiler references I've been able to find seem to contradict the whole 23 thing.

In the most recent podcast, Carlton says "a few thousand years ago..." in relation to Jacob and MiB.

Could just be me reading to much into a passing comment, but who knows?

How so? The people from the ship -- well, the women at least -- looked like fakey Hollywood Romans to me. Apparently the women brought a contingent of ridiculous looking 'Celts' with them, as well.

Isn't it Jack's number? The shows ends on the 23rd also, right?

that is what I read also, however I also read that Jorge Garcia said the script read 23AD?

Hey Grover Skywalker, where did you see stuff that refutes that date? I'd like to be informed of that as well. Things change, and Jorge makes no bones about doing podcasts based on the script, rather than the show. (does he do it on the whites? Or does he get as far as Goldenrod before he comments? Anyone know?)
