Back in Season 3 I believe during Ben's episode they said there was a volcano on the island. I always thought that maybe that volcano would erupt in the series finale (Even though i thought it was a dumb idea and hoped it wouldn't happen). It seems like something similar happened, and even red fire smoke and flames seem to come out of the "Light source" which jack plugged up.

Is this what happened? Was the light source somehow connected to the volcano?

Sure felt "volcanic" down there once the plug was pulled. And of course, that Call sheet that was leaked a few weeks back mentioned "Hell" Hah! No need to use spoiler font anymore! No more spoilers, only speculation.
