I just assumed that Ethan had already been on the island, when Hurley said that he wasn't on the plain.* I just thought that he was one of the people that was with Danielle, but no one else seems to think that.* Maybe Danielle thought that he was dead but he escaped or something like that.

I agree that he was on the island. I also think that to kidnap Claire and Charlie he must have had at least one accomplice.

Danielle killed all the french science expedition members because she said they were infected.

She killed her own team...BUT...she asked Sayid where her child was.

If she was crazy she would have killed Sayid. *I think Alex was stolen and their is a wierd "tribe" on that island. *What they need to do is go back and talk to Danielle.

You know...Danielle sayed that she pretty much killed the people she was on the island with because they got sick or something. What if was just all in her head. What if they kicked her out because she was going nuts. So there could still be more then just Danielle on the island. I think Ethan is trying to help Claire. He might be one of the scientest from the other plane crash. Who knows, maybe they have equipment that will help her.

When Danielle captured Sayid, she thought she had finally got one of "the others"...who probably stole her baby, and she was dying for information about him. She probably also wanted a little payback.

Since Hurley has not shown the plane manifest to anyone, he could be a part of a plot to spin the focus on Ethan, and he could be lying about those on the plane? I did read in the VIP area that in some later epps that his dark side comes out. WHAT A DUDE!~!!!

I totally forgot about the two bodies they found. Maybe they where there with Ethan. I dont know how long it takes for a body to decompose as compaired to how long Ethan has been on the island.

Didn't Jack say that the Adam & Eve bodies had been there for something like 50 years. Since Ethan has got to be younger than 50, then he probably has no relationship to them.
