I can’t stop thinking about Alex! Oh, how I would love to play her... When it was confirmed she was a girl, that brought me hope. I have been fantasizing about it for so long. *snicker* “Oh, what if she’s a girl, and has been hidden away somewhere by the Others for her whole life, and the castaways come across her...” I might actually be able to pull off the part too, hehe. But, I have a feeling that they already have someone lined up to play her, or if they don’t, I doubt I’d be able to make my way to Hawaii to audition for the part. Plus, I’d be too nervous, and am not yet prepared for celebrity status. But, still, I find myself more and more interested in Alex’s character... I will have to search out some of the Alex theory threads sometime.

I have read before where people think the girl on the boat may be Alex. I'm not sure- will have to re-watch closely. When we do see her, since she was an infant when taken, she shouldn't know Danielle and if our castaways try to take her away from the others I would imagine she would fight and want to stay with them - they are the 'family' is knows!

I don't know, but I'm sure sixteen years of life with the seabillys would be enough to age a girl. :-X

I don't know, I wouldn't have expected Alex to be a blonde, but it's entirely possible. It depends upon what the Others wanted with Alex, whether she'd become a part of their "crew" or not. I'm sure they haven't told her much about Danielle. I wonder if the Others would actually have been willing to trade Alex away. Now I'm so curious to learn what the Others want with these children they've been kidnapping.. but I doubt that answer will surface soon.

I definitely think the blonde girl in the back of the boat was Alex. One of those media sites has a REAL good picture of it.... Don't know how to post pictures but...

Looks about the right age. Also looks almost albino. She would also know nothing of her mother so its not shocking that she's with them. I say its her.

I would be surprised if that wasn't Alex. She was obviously kidnapped by the others, so it would seem logical to have her working with them. And that girl could be about the right age. Then again, she could just be a red herring. ;)

I wouldn't be surprised if it was a red herring, they seem to do that a lot on the show.

The blonde on the boat looks like she's on the wrong side of 40 to be Alex.
