Okay, I must admit that I am totally jealous. She's with the most gorgeous man alive! I am completely in love with Terry. Anyone else feel this way?

This is about Terry's acting & his character on Lost ... not his private life.... which should remain exactly that IMHO.

Sorry if that sounds harsh, but I've seen really bad things coming out of such questions in the past.

Not trying to jump on anyone here but I agree with Ceir and Kat. The board is about the show, the characters and the people as connected to the show and their craft in general. I'm sure you meant it as a compliment but 'let's not go there.'

I would actually say that I ADMIRE her.......from what I've read from Terry and in other articles she seems like a wonderful woman.

I think I see what you mean though, in a way. I hope to find someone as wonderful as Terry, for myself, someday. :)

When I posted this topic I didn't mean to offend anyone, especially Terry or his wife. I was just being cute. Sorry, that you all took it that way. I wasn't aware that people took these topics so literally, since most people put up topics talking about Terry's looks anyway. So next time maybe you shouldn't be so sensitive. :) Terry's got a sense of humor, don't you?

L_G, I guess it's more about being respectful of Terry's family. Talking about Terry is a little different than talking about his wife. He's in "The Business" his wife is not. I think a lot of us are very protective of his personal life so we do our best not to talk about it. I think just by mentioning her, while using the word jealous, struck a sensitive cord with us.

I hope you are not offended by this, I would hate for you to feel like you couldn't participate in the Terry/Locke love. It's probably just a good idea to leave his wife out of the gushing fun.........that's all. I think I speak for everyone when I say, you are more than welcome to continue gushing over Terry/Locke. :)

Thanks, I am not offended and I didn't mean to offend anyone. I'm not really jealous of his wife, I just think that she is a very lucky woman is all. Maybe I should have worded it better. I didn't mean any disrespect to his wife. However, I do believe that when people talk about how gorgeous Terry is, that it is involving his wife because he is a married man. A gorgeous married man! It's all good though, I just think that people take things too seriously.

No worries, L_G. :) I was pretty sure you didn't mean any disrespect, I just wanted to make sure you knew why all of us said what we did. My main goal was to make sure you didn't feel like you were being ganged up on, cuz non of us, who posted here, are the ganging up on type. :)

Sure, we have a sense of humor but I guess the reason we took your post literally was because you're so new we don't know your sense of humor yet. The bbs are great but we have to honest in agreeing that all we readers can do is read what's posted and take it for what it says unless something else leads us to believe it's a joke.

I'm not really new to this board. I just haven't posted much. I like to read rather than post, and then when I did post I offended people. I guess I just don't take everything as literal as everyone else does. Seems like on most of the posts people don't talk about serious things that much. So, when I posted "Is anyone else jealous of Terry's wife?" I didn't think that anyone would take it serious like I am actually jealous of a person that I do not know. Guess, I was wrong.
