Basically, over here, we are going to write things down we want to know abobut Sun that havenn't been revealed yet in the show!! Then, we will discuss the topic somebody chose for a bit and switch to the next issue!! So, I will start........

I want to know about Sun's childhood!! What happened to her as a child?? Is that when she learned to speak English, or she took lessons as an adult?? How come she never realized her father was a shady character as a child?? Discuss lololol!! ;D ;D ;D

I want to knowhow she knows all about what plants do what. I also want to know just how rich she may be. I think we will be happy with these answers. :)

I want to know how Jin and Sun got together. It seems like it would have been hard for the two of them to be travelling in the same social circles. Did he date her best friend first? She asked her best friend if she was jealous on their wedding day.

I want to see Daddy issues !
Did she know he was a shady man? Did she know how bad? Was she running from him when she was going to leave Jin? Was she leaving Jin to set him free of her Daddy??
Was her mother at her wedding?

So many questions and too long to wait for season2!

I want to know how she knows so much about plants and* holistic remedies.* She seems to have grown up in the city. Where would she have learned these things.* She started a bloody garden on and island and found eucalyptis. How many of us could do that? Oh, and where is mom?

Daddy issues!! I bet you Daddy was just like Jin but when he went to work for sombody else that guy turned him into an evil monster!! How cool would that be!! And I want Jin to tell Sun already!! Come on, they're on a different island and far away from Korea!! I want to see how she's handle the news!! And I want to see whether or not they ever tried having kids!! And wouldn't it be cool if Sun met Jin in South Korea where she was taking her English lessons!! That would be so so so cool!!! and then they fell in love.... :angel:

See, I don't see it that way at all! It's not a new storyline...it's a new aspect of a person's past that hasn't been explored yet. These people all led interesting lives leading up to the crash. And we've only seen glimpses of who they were before. So it stands to reason that there are entire sections of their lives which contain events that we could not at all have predicted! ;D

I guess that's true, but I still don't by it! I just don't like when a show has been going for many seasons and we know the character and we know the hardships he/she went through and all of a sudden something come up and we see a whole new side to he/she that we've never explored before!! There are some shows where that works and it's meant to be like that like Alias, but in Lost I think we basically know who the characters are and what they were up to before the crash!!

I agree that with SOME shows it doesn't work..

But I think Lost is precisely the show it WOULD work perfectly with ;) Because unlike most shows the characters are completely cut off from their former lives! Some have one person connected to them on the island (brother, wife, father) BUT we don't know the majority of their family and their history. We don't SEE their lives developing on the show, because they're in stalemate. Their jobs, their friends, their family...all of it is on hold. And when you don't catch someone's life in progress...their whole life is pretty big mystery. It's only been ONE season. If we already the survivors and who they were before the crash after ONE season...I think the show might be in trouble if they want to continue for years ;)

We have an idea of WHO they are yes...but everything they've done in their lives...is still totally wide open in my opinion :)
