I'd like to hear your take on the interaction of Michael and Walt at the golf game. Up until that point, Michael was pretty overprotective of Walt. I've read varying opinions of this incident. Some think that Michael really dropped the ball with his parenting skills at this point, but I saw it as an illustration of how effective the golf was at getting people to relax and behave more "normally". Normal for Michael is not being a parent, and his parenting style up until then was pretty controlling. There haven't been enough Michael/Walt moments since then to tell if this was just a blip, or if their relationship will settle into something more comfortable for both of them now.

Do you have kids, and if so, how does Michael's parenting style compare with your own?
