Hi All
Just thought I would start a thread on our pets and interests in the animal kingdom
Have you got a fab pet you'd like to share stories about with???
I have a 7 year old Jack Russell Terrier, he is fab but is also a handful at times( barking, chasing rabbits and other dogs! )
I love to watch Miami Animal Police on Animal Planet

Well I currently have 12 pets - we unfortunately just lost one. I have 3 gerbils, 5 guinea pigs, 2 hamsters, a rabbit, and a Beta fish. A lot, I know. But I used to show them up until a few years ago. I had 30 guinea pigs at one point! So life is much quieter with the few I have now. :msn-wink: BTW, my rabbit believes she is a cat. :cat: She normally turns away when you offer her food, and then watches until you walk away to begin eating. She also used to growl at you if she did not know you. I loved seeing the looks on peoples faces when she did that. And, if you tried to grab her out of her cage when she was a baby, she would paw at your hands. She is quite silly. :laughing:

Well, I have a budgie who thinks he is a person. He prefers being outside his cage than in it and tries to eat our food when our backs are turned. I went to answer the phone once and when I looked back he was making himself comfortable in my chocolate pudding, lol. (Literally, he was sitting in the middle of it, lol).

Whats time? :biggrin: Ha ha I manage somehow... and I am in school too! I do get a lot of help from my brother, otherwise I would be way more swamped than I am already. I think giving up any semblance of a social life has helped too. ;) Now if only my super smart hamster would quit finding ways to escape... I think she is Houdini reincarnated - seriously. Or she is just very determined to undermine my authority. She chewed her way through a cage to escape a few months back. I really do not know what to do with that girl lol. :)
And, crazy as it is, I wouldn't mind a few more critters! :D
