I love this show. The writing is phenomenal!
The use of the props to foreshadow the backstory
of the characters has to be one of my favorite "tricks,"
especially the thought that has gone into it;
i.e., the watch and the time Sun was to leave the
airport and the rock band and the rocks.
So, what prop will foreshadow Sawyer and Sayid's backstory? Care to share?

It's what they have in their pockets.

What a letdown, I thought they were just happy to see me ;)
