SPOILER...

I looked up the image of Cynthia Watros, who plays Libby, supposedly someone from the rear of the plane. This picture of the actress looks just like the woman I saw on the Others' boat in last season's finale, when I watched it frame by frame. She threw the explosive on to the raft.

So, I think that Libby will be an imposter. (She had longer blonde hair on the show.)

In Entertainment magazine from last week it shows the pictures of three new characters. One of them is a black man. I'm guessing it's Rose's husband.

It is supposed that the new black actor will play a Nigerian-Possibly from the drug plan crash.

As for Libby-SpoilerFix reports her character will be an excessive liar-so you may be right.

Interesting. I didn't know that.

She would have been listed in the credits for Exodus if she was in it. It's required by the screen actors guild.

Libby is not the female Other on the boat.

They're both blondes, but that's about it.

Grab the DVD's and watch it. They're not the same person. Good guess though.

I think Libby the therapist is a "plant", she has purposefully been inserted into mix of our plane crash survivors to manipulate situations and outcomes.

Helen will be in this episode and played by Katey Segal (from Married with Children, Leela from Futurama, and 8 Simple Rules), but it cannot yet be confirmed that she is the same person as the voice on the other end of the line in Walkabout. She did not do the original voice.

We need to spoiler font the references to Helen.

The only one from the boat listed in IMDB from Exodus is the man with the beard who spoke. So, I disagree.

I looked at the features of the actress on the boat for a long time, frame by frame on my VCR, and not only the features were the same, but the age as well. I may be wrong, but I don't think I am. I think it's Libby.

I just looked up Watros on IMDB and found:

"Lost" (2004) TV Series .... Libby (2005-)

So, she was on the show last season. And, I think she was on the boat.

I am positive the blonde "other" is Tina from survivor.

I thought this was common knowledge at this point.

That is saying Lost (created in 2004), and the charcter of Libby started filming in 2005 and onwards .. so although this could mean yes she was in a season 1 episode .. it doesn't definately indicate this - as it the listing could still be correct for her first appearence to be a later season 2 episode .. ya get me?

hmmm .. in my opininion ... don't think it is her :s

I disagree. I looked up Tina Holmes who was in the last season of 6 Feet Under, and once in 2004. Look at her listing under television:

"Six Feet Under" (http://imdb.com/title/tt0248654/) playing "Maggie Sibley" in episode: "Everyone's Waiting" (episode # 5.12) 21 August 2005

http://imdb.com/name/nm0392073/

It doesn't have the show start date next to the first mention of Six Under. I think 2004 was next to Lost for Cynthia Watros because she was in the show that season but without a name. That's my story and I'm sticking to it.

Cynthia Watros was not the blonde on the Others Boat. Look at the screencaps. She looks no more like Cynthia Watros than Michael does.

I believe it's only required, if the person speaks.

But, there's tons of actors who have spoken, in tv and movies, who have never been credited. Just do a search on IMDB for "uncredited".

Of course, if you look at the "More" on IMDB for Lost, you'll find:

Cynthia Watros (http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0914475/) .... Libby (2005-) :ohwell:

Not to add more fuel to this fire, but in looking at Tina Holmes' IMDB page, the reason Six Feet Under doesn't have a start date is because she was never a cast regular, but instead was a 'notable guest star'. Therefore, I assume this Cynthia Watros will be in the opening credits. IMDB was then listing when the show started: 2004. Doesn't mean she was in an ep. Besides, she's too old to play Alex, which in my humble yet genius opinion, is the blonde on the boat.

One thing's for sure: it ain't no woman from Survivor. If anyone thinks the show creators would stoop to that level of stunt casting, you seriously underestimate the show and the intelligence of the creators and writers. Survivor? Really? Yeesh!

The woman on the boat is not Alex. Those screen caps are not very good. I saw very clear images of the woman, and although I'd hoped it was Alex, I thought she looked like she was in her thirties, thus too old to be Alex, if Rousseau's timeline is correct.

The woman on the boat was wearing a pendant. I wonder if Libby will be wearing the same one. I need to view Exodus again, to see the pendant, before I can describe it here.

I'm also going to look for the pendant on Sarah in the flashbacks.

The woman I saw did resemble Jack's wife. That would be very interesting. Definitely a possibility in my mind.

Cynthia Watros played Titus' girlfriend on the show named Titus. It was only one season long. Stacy Keach played Titus' father.

I agree with you. I don't know anything about SAG really, but I didn't think that actors had to be recognized unless they spoke.

And I also think that they blonde woman that is next week's episode looks like the blond woman on the 'others boat'.

Maybe when Locke first started to talk to the Helen on the phone, he requested she be called Helen because he wanted her to take the place of another Helen (Katy Segal).
