There was a super clear shot when Jack entered the Hatch. I don't know how to, but I know there are a lot of you that do. The whole top right hand corner of the mural was hard to read, so I'm hoping for more clues.

Anyone notice the little fishy symbol on it? A christian religious symbol...

On the left side of the mural there are large waves, which would lead me to believe that they depict a tsunami. I know it has been speculated before that this is how the Black Rock made it so far inland... I wonder if this is the first solid evidence of that scenario...

Its obviously someone in mid fall. If you look over at the very right where all the red color is it looks like another figure, engulfed in flames or something. Its definitly people falling from a boat or a plane. Really im thinking its both, I see both a mast and what appears to be the head of a plane.

This is all obviously images from a delusional mind, mashed together. If i wasnt sure Desmond has some psychic/telepath abilities before I am now.

The image on the left was pieced together when Jack was first looking at it in episode 1 and the second is when John walked by in episode 2.

I think they're seeing the roof of the third house (which is just below the cable/tube/snake thingy).

Just an FYI. I no longer thinnk it's Walt being taken from the raft because the "boat" is not on water. I think it's the Black Rock.

Yup, I see the thumb that you are referring to.

could the fish represent the shark?
and the eye represent someone watching also the arrow that looks like it has a ladder in it.
Could that be the ladder that was to the top of the hatch? or then I was thinking maybe it was the stairs that jack and desmond were running up
also the blond haired girl - could that be claire and the face next to it Ethan when he attacked her? if you look behind them it is Night time in the sky ( in the mural that is) and she was initially attacked at night.
and to the right of the darker of the 2 faces looks like the sail that was on the raft and a person upside down going into the water.
