In the end of this episode they show a trailer for the 3rd episode "Orientation" where Mike and Sawyer get thrown into a muddy vietnam looking jailcell and get introduced to "miss seat nr. 42".
Can anyone that has an ear for music tell me what theme is playing in the background during this trailer? The theme i'm referring to has some epic drums combined with some chanting. Sounds like a movie theme of some sort, i'm pretty sure iv'e heard it before. I'm making a video and this tune is a must use for me.. please can anyone help me?
Locke:"Why do you find it so hard to belive?" ...... Jack: "Why do you find it so easy!?"
"miss seat nr. 42".
In the screen caps for this trailer I saw a ring on her left hand. I don't know if we can assume she is a Miss. Maybe a Mrs. Can't wait to see.

Hmmm.....I'm a music buff and have a penchant for soundtracks of all kinds. I'm at work and don't have sound on this computer (Raises her fit and curses the IT Computer Nazi's). I'll try to remember to check it out when I get home later tonight.

I just saw a preview for Orientation on ESPN, and for a brief moment, it showed the countdown clock in action again. It said 106. The numbers were in white, so I'm guessing it had just started counting down. But then again, that shot was on screen for a tenth of a second, if that. The rest of the preview had similar shots to the other previews and nothing stood out. Sorry. Maybe it will come on again.

Iv'e learned that in the U.S. it's called a promo.. In the end of the episode "Adrift", they show the promo for "Orientation". The always exciting darkvoiced movieguy introduces "Orientation" by saying: "Next Wednesday. Nine, eight central" while we see Mike, Sawyer and Jin get thrown into the hole. The music playing in the background has drums and chanting and sounds alot like a tune you've often heard in different movies. It sounds alot like something by Hans Zimmer or alike.
I hereby proclaim the person, who can help me out identifying this pice of music, king of all kings, a master of movie music, a star shining brightly on top of the... you know where i'm going with this...
Please all you music/movie buffs out there, help a fellow in need.
Thank you,

P.S. Snabbygail, hope you find this post again.
