Are there any storylines that, after final production, you wish had taken a different direction? Say, for instance, Boone survives minus a leg, instead of dying as a result of his injuries from the fall. Or Charlie doesn't kill Ethan and Sayid has struggle with whether or not to exercise his interrogation skills again.

i wasn't here for season 1 so i can only answer for season 2. i can't think of anything off the top of my head that i would've done differently or that i've heard the other writers have regrets about. as the promos say, "everything happens for a reason." :)
