I was in a New York airport earlier this evening, sitting with my brother eating chinese food, when out of the corner of my eye I noticed something rather peculiar. There was an African American woman standing across from me, waiting for drinks at the bar. She was dressed in a gray business suit, wearing a black shirt, and holding a black leather carry-all. All of a sudden I realized that her shirt had a rather large patch on it. The patch was Desmond's Dharma Swan logo. I did a triple-take to make sure I wasn't seeing things, but there it was, plain as day, a large Dharma logo. Then I realized that the logo was also on her carry-all! Unfortunately my brother had to leave pretty quickly to catch his flight, and being the silly goose I am, I completely forgot to go back and ask where she got this stuff.

Does anybody know what the deal is? Is ABC selling this stuff now?

So freaky

It's ok.. but if there ever is a next time you better put that cam-phone to use! and... VERY interesting! I don't think ABC would be selling shirts with the dharma logo already would they? Of course you could go to a t-shirt print shop and get anything put on clothing...

The logo arond the Darhma symbol is from a Fueng Shei chart without the Swan of course. Not sure where the Swan comes from.

What's more interesting here is when you compare a real Bagua chart and look where the head on swan points on the Dharma logo: mother, abdoman, earth, organs, Colors Red/Pink/White

this was the actual Dharma Swan from the show, though

People!
For those of you who has seen a canadian documentary called "Corporation", you should know that people are payed by corporations/shops to go out in public with products and show it off either by bragging about it loud or wear the outfit.

I think this was it.

Or we are missing the obvious...this woman was the adopted love child of the Degroots on her way to relieve Desmond of his duties. She wasn't flying to Sydney was she?

hehe...not that I noticed. she seemed to be there alone, and was having a conversation with another woman that she had just met at the bar.

That was an awesome movie.. and I didn't even know it was Canadian! But the cafepress site isn't owned by ABC, so I think it's just some dude trying to make some moola. Good move I say!

If I wouldn't have seen that website with all the Dharma stuff I would have tackled that lady in the airport and been like, I know you know where the LOST-a-WAYS are, tell me how to contact Desmond, and just started ranting all kinds of crazy things until security hauled me away.
