The Good: The survivors personal problems are being solved emotionally and psychologically, they are all working through their issues, and they are getting help without knowing it or its source. This is the end-game HANSO experiment, and it is successful.

The Bad: Unfortunately, it was never fully developed or released because of "the incident", which created "the sickness", which led to "the others", which led to all the weird and 'bad' stuff on the island. These mysteries are the weird stuff, but they are just technological details which may be explained by advanced nanotechnology (ie how did Locke start walking, what is the security system, how was the Moth following Charlie, and how did Jacks father appear?)

The Unknown: How and why did these individuals end up on the island? Random plane crash? Non-random selection with simulated crash?

Most people cant see the forest for the trees.
