Ozzy is playing with Black Sabbath. (Actually Black Sabbath played last year too, but Ozzy was sick last year, so I didn't get to see them play together.

Anyway, here's the line up for the Philly show. I leave in 3 hours. I used to take 2 days off of work for it, but I'm so busy right now I can only take off 1 day. :(

The show was awesome! My friend got us upgraded seats because she knows someone that works for Tweeter, so we got awesome seats and VIP tickets.

I didn't see Rob Zombie because he was on the second stage and I never go over there. We tail gated before the show and then realized there was a VIP section with free food, so we went there. It was a nice spread, they had a cash bar and nice clean bathrooms (always a plus). We met up with some friends on the lawn, but you couldn't really see from up there.

We sat in our GOOD seats for Iron Maiden and Black Sabbath. Not really an Iron Maiden fan, but they put on a good show. Lots of energy and props (kinda reminded me of Spinal Tap).

Black Sabbath was AWESOME! This was my fourth Ozzfest. I've seen Ozzy twice. I saw Black Sabbath without Ozzy last year because he was sick, but this was the ultimate! It really was one of the best performances I've ever seen. The band was just so awesome and Ozzy was awesome running around the stage and pouring water on himself and the crowd because it was so darned hot. But now I have to work a half day today because we got a new client and I volunteered to come in on my day off and go out and check out the job site. Just wanted to fill you all in. If you get the chance, you must see Black Sabbath, so worth it. I'm not even a heavy metal fan, but I grew up listening to Sabbath and AC/DC (my brother's influence) and it just ROCKED! :punk:
