I think the pics are from Born to Run. Kate was looking at Tom's (childhood sweetheart) pictures on the fridge or wall. The pics are Tom's wife and kids.

u got it addicted..just watched the epi born to run last night...that was one the fridge when kate and him are talking in the kitchen of his house...
