In the scene where Eko and Jin come upon the river, right before they see Michael, Eko looks up and is startled by where he is, as if he just realized "oh sh*t, this is the spot!" He then makes up an obviously BS excuse to get out of sight ASAP, right before Michael shows up.

Point is, it was as if Eko had been there before or had seen this moment before, and knew he wasn't supposed to be in that spot when whatever was gonna happen, happens.

Maybe I'm wrong about what Eko knows, but I know I'm right that he knew not to be in sight...any ideas?

I thought it was odd the way Michael appeared like he knew they were tracking him. He seemed to be making a lot of noise, how they didn't hear him screaming for walt is beyond me.

As for Echo, well, I felt he may have been using Jin for bait. He may have heard Michael approaching, and stepped aside to let him have a word with Jin. I did not get the sense that he had a premonition or anything extra sensory happening.

I thought it looked like Eko saw something strange, too. But I think that was just my interpretation of it.

Right. It wasn't so much what he said that was wierd though, it was the look he had before he said it.

hmm, I already deleted it from the DVR so I can't watch it again. Maybe someone else can shed some light on it.

it did seem kind of odd that he left jin alone...and he did make a quick exit...maybe he knew michael was around and would not approach jin if he was there...maybe he did not want to chase all over for michael, and michael would more likely come to jin if he got out of sight

i wondered i_love_dmjgmfna, if it is just me or maybe u see it too...when the tailies are referring to the others, them, they seem to look up or to the tree line?
