Just came to mind, that 4, 8, 15, 16, 23 and 42 are actually 6 numbers, and therefore the exact number of stations on the island. Which could mean, that the broadcast, was just a kind of "reporting in" for all the stations.

And on top of that, these numbers have a I Ching connection, which gives each number an attribute, which can mabye lead to the truth about what each station does.

At www.theislandiswaiting.com (http://www.theislandiswaiting.com), it says "Look for the hidden numbers". And as far as i can tell, 42 and 16 are in the clouds. I think i see 4 to, but not certain.

23 is in the bushes right above the word "Look", it's completely visible.

If it was for all the stations to "report in", why would one station be allowed to send a signal for the rest of them? Wouldnt each one have to send in their own individual number?
