I was so looking for details from the promo pics and the episode and that was one that stuck out the most.

after some googling, i found out that Genesis 8:15 is the first time God speaks to Noah in the bible. don't know if this has been mentioned or not, but this could tie into the 40 days on the island....

Crew member makes sense to me.

I suppose if Kate somehow got wind of the big conspiracy that's behind all the events from the man she killed, she might have been trying to figure out what was up, and the plane and 815 could have been a signal meant for others in the conspiracy, to tell them what plane would be used. Then she goes to Australia in search of more clues and ironically ends up captured and on that very plane.
