DEAD - I'm thinking she got butchered by the Others

I have two theories:

1. She and Desmond come back together - Last time we saw him he disappeared into the jungle - Maybe he has been watching them and saves her from the others.

2. She is an other (all the people working on the plane were part of the bigger 'everything happens for a reason' plan) and was infiltrating for the prior 40 + days. How else could she have chased Charlie to the front of the plane and gone down with the tail?

alive, I think. Maybe one of the previous theories (she's now an other, she's always been an other, she's with Desmond), but also remember Charlie and Claire were captured by the Others and Ethan didn't try to kill them right away. (If he is part of the Others which are attacking the tailies.)

I'm not sure if its reliable but it said that Locke would come out with his secret about being paralized so maybe Cindy's appearance makes him do it because she knew he was paralized.

I really hope she is alive.

just like with the kids i don't intend that they want to kill her they just need her as bait!

I think she is probably alive, she disapeared while they were climbing that steep hill, she could have stepped into a secret opening because there seems to be those all through the island. Or could have been taken during that time. I don't know but I think she is alive.

I think she was very much taken by the Others, but I don't think they killed her. I think they only kill when they have to, the rest of the time, they just take. Of course she wasn't on the list and that means she wasn't a good person, so maybe they did kill her.
We know the Others have killed: Nathan and Scott (or was it Steve), and I believe that's all we know for sure. We also know they did not kill the kids (we saw the kids walking in Episode 5), and I presonally don't think they went out of their way to get Walt just to kill him.
So I am saying alive because the Others only kill when they have to.
A friend of mine thinks the sickness Danielle talked about is someone becoming one of the Others and that's why Danielle killed them, it's an interesting theory but I am not sure I believe it.
She could be dead though because they are the Others and from what we have seen of the Others (Ethan, Goodwin, Bearded Man, Blonde with Molotov, Twins with guns, black hoody girl) have been kinda creepy.

Dead makes no sense. Why would The Others abduct her just so they could kill her? I'd bet quite a bit that The Others have some specific plans for all their kidnapped survivors.

I think she's still alive.
