Have to admit I loved the montage of him trying to open the case. And not meaning to date myself, but did the whole thing remind anyone else of that old American Tourister commercial with the Gorrila throwing around the suitcase??? :D

The was one of the best parts of this eppy. Sawyer and his obsession with getting the case open. I was rolling :lol: :lol: literally on the floor laughing at him trying so darn hard to get it open.

this was some good comic relief and shows how desperate sawyer is to have everything for himself! but you gotta love him being that way...makes the show good

I've never seen that commercial, and yet I burst out laughing when I saw him hitting it against the rocks. "He looks like a monkey," I said to my mom. She then told me she thought it was a play on the Sampsonite ads.

I really enjoyed watching Sawyer trying in vain to open the case! Hysterical! I had completely forgotten about the American Tourister commericial from by-gone days but yes, now that you mention it, Sawyer behaved much like the gorilla in that commercial!

Oh man, I loved that part! My sister and I also commented that he looked like a monkey.* ;D I was so into it, I started to "coach" him through the tv just for fun. (yeah, I know how stupid that makes me look but whatever. I was enjoying it.) "No, place it on the rock and then pick up another one and drop it on it, mind your feet though." "No, try climbing up higher with a big rock and then hurl it at it." Then he actually did climb up and throw it from the trees and I was happy. "Good boy."* lol, yeah I'm weird. :P :D

Hehe - that was the first thing my fiance said too - he's like the Samsonite gorilla! :lol2:
