At the end of the episode, we saw a man listening intently to the singing of the song en francais. Was it not Ethan, the man not on the plane's passenger manifest, the one some have considered might have been the French woman's son who was "raised by another?"

Might the song, en toto, or simply the French lyrics have beckoned him....?

It most definitely looked like Boone to me. A jealous psycho Boone at that! Maybe I'm wrong though.. ???

It was Boone. But I thought he was supposed to be off with Locke looking for Claire?

Actually, if I'm not mistaken, she was singing BEYOND THE SEA by Bobby Darin. If that is the case, it is her love that is waiting for her; not her beckoning. I don't usually go into what the significance of things may be, but there is a significance on why it was BEYOND THE SEA. I have to figure out a way to rewatch it...I don't have TIVO. :( But, if my French is correct, that's the song she's singing and it is important somehow because it is what Danielle wrote down. Be interesting to see though.
