Firearms! Boomsticks! This came off as an afterthought to Kate's quest for her wee little toy plane during the episode, but I'll lay my money down that it won't be too long 'til we be hearing a lot more WHIZZ BANG POW on this show.

No doubt true. With several guns, they should be able to take the offensive against Other Man and his ilk. If they can find them, that is. Or at least they can snack on bear meat sandwiches. Or have a civil war.

I'm sure this is actually an important point for some upcoming episodes.

What do y'all think Jack did with them? Buried them in a secret place? Hid them in a tree? How long will that secret be kept?

I think I saw a promo pic where he was wearing a key around his neck. I'm sure he's stashing them somewhere. The thing is, when/why will they be brought out? I'm guessing, here in a couple episodes (which would be during SWEEPS) they break out the 9mms for a Claire rescue mission. And, honestly, I'm betting it goes sour.

And if you want to compound on top of that...remember now that one of the main characters is supposed to die. Not putting that in spoilers cause I think EVERYONE knows this. So that brings up an interesting point.

Maybe they can finally go rescue Claire with the guns!!
